Welcome!
The Piano Series began in 2000 with a modest roster of artists and a very limited budget. Since that time, we have presented over 50 concerts of classical, jazz, ragtime and chamber music for our university community. On the morning after each recital, our guest conducts a master class or delivers a presentation for our students and members of the community. We hope you will join us for another great season of superb music.
All tickets are $8/students with advance purchase; $12 adults general admission. Season subscriptions available for $60 until October 3, 2006.
The Piano Series is sponsored by the University of Mississippi Department of Music, the Office of Community Relations, the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and generous contributions from the citizens of Oxford. Prospective artists and patrons should contact Ian Hominick.
